You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange merchandise.  If Items are damaged from shipping on arrival to you claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Wrong Size:  No problem, please just fill in the space provided on your packing slip.  Please make sure you include the item you are returning and the replacement item you would like in return.  Include a check/money order for 4.00 to cover the freight cost back to you. If you are exchanging for a completely different model number, we will provide a full refund on your return and contact you to place your order for the different item.

Refund:  No problem, please send back merchandise in its original packaging (if possible) using a padded envelope or box to ensure a safe return.  Once the product is received we will refund the full purchase price paid for the merchandise less shipping charges.  Please include your First Name, Last Name and order number so that we can reimburse you quickly. (Ideally your receipt)  It is always a good idea to use a traceable method when shipping returns back to us as well as proper shipping packages to ensure a safe return so you will not have any issues receiving your refund.
