When Can I Expect My Order to ship?
With the exception of jewelry, pins, & padfolios we make everything as it is ordered. Typically we get most things out within 2 business days once your order is placed. If it is jewelry, pins or padfolios we usually get those out within one working day.
How long will it take to get My ?
Most items are shipped using first class USPS unless you choose a faster method. We are located in North Carolina, so things shipping on this side of the US usually arrive in 2 to 3 days once it is shipped. If you are located on the western side of the US it can take as many as 7 to 10 days. We do offer faster shipping services if you're in need of quicker delivery.
What is your return policy?
We extend 30 days for you to make a return from the day you make your purchase. Please make sure anything you send back is packaged in a way it can arrive safely so that there will be no issues with your refund. Once merchandise is received you can expect a refund within 5 to 7 business days. There are no returns accepted on any personalized merchandise.
